Cardio Fit classes are a fantastic workout while also designed to improve your tennis game. Players have an opportunity to hit a large number of shots while keeping their feet moving and burning calories.
Some drills are constructed in point-play fashion while others are rapid ball-feeding. We have designed this class to be customized to your ability and endurance level. Cardio Fit classes are listed under our Adult Schedule.

CSL is a series of weekly doubles matches that offers the opportunity to play competitively in our club’s friendly environment. Participants play a series of matches with and against different players at their level. Scores are posted on Universal Tennis to get an accurate player’s rating.
If you are looking to connect and play with other tennis enthusiasts in the area, improve your game and have some fun, then consider joining our Challenger Series League.

The MLRC is part of the Northwest Suburban Spring League (“Spring League”) which offers competitive playing opportunities to players during the weekday morning hours. Each week there is a practice to hone your skills and a match to test them.

The MLRC has partnered with UTR Sports to manage Massachusetts Flex Leagues, giving players of all ages the opportunity to widen their tennis circles.

Adult Beginner Tennis is a great fit if you:
Are brand new to tennis or have very limited exposure to tennis and feel “brand new again.”
Need to learn/relearn tennis fundamentals such as grips, stroke mechanics, rules and scoring.

Beginner + Clinics are a great fit if you:
Have taken a Beginner clinic in the last few months
Need to continue developing basic strokes, rallying skills and the basics of singles and doubles play.

Advanced Beginner Tennis is a great fit if you:
Can rally and serve (but need to develop more consistent rallying skills),
Know basic rules and scoring
Are ready to start playing actual games and match in both singles and doubles

Intermediate Tennis is a great fit if you:
Can rally and serve consistently
Have played points before
