The MLRC now offers instant text alerts through our CourtReserve member platform. Text alerts deliver time-sensitive information directly to your phone — no app, no email, no waiting. The moment something changes at the club, you will know.

What you can receive alerts for:

• Court closures and last-minute schedule changes
• Lesson and clinic reminders
• New program and registration announcements
• Waitlist availability updates
• Event reminders

How to activate your text alerts:

When you next log in to your MLRC member account, you will be prompted to opt in to text alerts. Simply select the alert types you would like to receive, agree to the terms, and save. It takes less than two minutes.

Activating manually through your profile:

If you do not see the opt-in prompt, you can enable text alerts at any time:

1. Log in to your CourtReserve account or the MLRC app
2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner
3. Select the Notifications tab
4. Toggle on your preferred text alert types
5. Save your changes

Managing your preferences:

You are always in control. Text alerts can be turned on or off at any time through the Notifications tab in your member profile. You choose what you receive and when.

Text alerts are instant SMS notifications sent directly to your mobile phone with time-sensitive information from the club — including court closures, schedule changes, program registration openings, and lesson reminders. 

 Log in to your MLRC member account or through the MLRC app. When prompted, select the alert types you would like to receive and save your preferences. You can also activate alerts manually at any time through the Notifications tab in your member profile. 

 Yes. You have full control over which notification types you receive. You can customize your preferences — or turn text alerts off entirely — at any time through the Notifications tab in your profile. 

 The  MLRC does not charge members for text alerts. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply depending on your plan. 

Yes. If you are set as the primary contact on your child's account, you will receive text alerts on their behalf.

 Log in to your MLRC member account  go to your profile, and navigate to the Notifications tab. From there you can toggle off any or all text alert types and save your changes.
