West Policies and Procedures

MLRC West is located at 102 Nonset Path in Acton. 

The facility holds and indoor/outdoor tennis facility that are covered by a protective dome from late August through early May. 

During that period, the public can purchase a membership to book courts or to take lessons. Available hours to play are 6am - 11pm daily. 

• Clean dry shoes: Please be mindful of brining the outdoors on the courts. When possible, please bring a pair of clean dry shoes to use on the court and store your others in our cubbies.
• Staging Area: Coats, cubbies and seats for viewing are located here.
• Quiet on the Court: As a courtesy to players (particularly those on court #1), please try not to be too loud.
• Court Crossings: Always wait until a point is over before walking behind a court to get to your own court.  If there are pickleball courts not in use, tennis players should use those courts to cross over to the tennis courts, instead of disrupting a pickleball activity. 

Mind the Clock: Please DO NOT play beyond your allotted time. This rule will be strictly enforced, as it has an impact on our ability to keep prices low and it also will have an immediate effect on players coming onto the court after you. Security tapes are reviewed daily and we would prefer not to contact you for this reason.

• Courts may be reserved up to 7 days in advance.
• When booking a court, you MUST list all parties and guests (includes juniors age 7 and up) who will be playing on your court. See more about guests below.
• Cancelations: If you decide to cancel a court, it must be within 24 hours, otherwise the system will automatically charge you for it. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds if you are inside of this time frame and are not able to keep your reservation.
• Nagog Resident Court Usage: Only Nagog residents can use Court 4 when the bubble is down. Additionally,  Only Nagog residents can use Court 3 from 7pm -11pm on weeknights and all day on weekends. 

• Members may invite a guest to the club for a court booking, but the member must host the court and a guest fee will be charged. 
•  Court reservations must include all players, including adult and junior guests. 
• Prospective members may try out the facility one time without a guest fee.
• When booking a court, you MUST list all parties and guests (includes juniors age 7 and up) who will be playing on your court.
• If you are listing a non-member guest, type in the word “Guest” into the field that says “Add another player.”  This will give you options of Guest 1, Guest 2, Guest 3, etc. to add to the reservation. 
• If you need to add a guest at the last second to your reservation and do not have access to the website, then please call 978 264 8349 ext. 2 BEFORE going onto the court and leave a message with your name, the name of your guest(s) and the time of your reservation. We will invoice you for the add-on.
• Please observe these rules. The courts are monitored by video 24x7 and the film is periodically reviewed to ensure compliance.  

• If you need to use the restroom facilities, they are located in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is open from 7am - 4pm Monday through Friday. 
• During the off-hours, there are two swipe cards that are located in the staging area that will unlock the clubhouse. The key fob card for the clubhouse is attached to a blue bathroom key chain sign so that they are virtually impossible to lose. These items can be found hanging on the side of one of the black cubbies. Please be sure to return them back to the staging area!

Parking is limited at MLRC West. If the parking lot is full, turn left on Nonset Path and park on ether side of the road.
